Ltd. • Managing multi-disciplinary practice that has specialised in smaller land development projects; • Managed projects involving drainage design, road design, sewer and water design, subdivision planning applications, bushfire reports, Torrens and Strata subdivisions; • Managed clients ranging from private citizens, builders, developers, Local Government, a small number of Government tenders such as RailCorp, Sydney Water, AusGrid; • Director of land development companies 1977-2010 Feb 2023 to Feb 2024: employee of Harrison Friedmann & Associates Pty Ltd.; retired 21/02/2024. Sydney Water roles include: • Works as Constructed site inspections for Major, Minor, Mains to Meter and Building Plan Approval works. • Checking construction and safety plans were to standard, being adhered to and administered on site. • Identifying possible defects in construction works and notifying contractor of any rectification required.
